Module 2: The Value Path

Identify stages, read transition signals, avoid anti-patterns. Map to Unified Views.

Module 3: Four Unified Views and Three-Org Model

Explain each view's core question. Map views to orgs. Design solutions that specify which views they serve.

Module 4: Four Conversations

Conduct each conversation. Recognize compression. Design three-option architecture. Surface value through questions.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have completed all lessons in Modules 1-4. The exam tests application of the methodology, not memorization. If you can use the Belief Check, identify Value Path stages, specify which Unified Views a solution serves, and recognize conversation compression, you are ready.

Exam Coming Soon

The certification exam is being finalized. Complete the course lessons to be ready when it launches. In the meantime, use the interactive reflections in each lesson as practice for the exam scenarios.

What Certification Means
The certification is not a test of memory. It is a demonstration that you can apply the Value-First methodology in real situations. Can you use the Belief Check before making a recommendation? Can you identify which Value Path stage a relationship occupies? Can you design a solution that specifies which Unified Views it serves? Can you conduct the Four Conversations without compression? If yes, you are ready.
