Booking information you provide. When you book a session through the HubSpot Meetings embeds on /engage, HubSpot collects the information you enter in its scheduler — your name, email address, and any additional fields the booking form requests (such as company name or a note about your situation). This information is used to confirm and manage the appointment and to create or update a record in our HubSpot CRM.

Information collected automatically by HubSpot scripts. The /engage page loads scripts from HubSpot (static.hsappstatic.net and meetings.hubspot.com) to display the booking embeds. Those scripts may set cookies, track page interactions, and collect technical information such as your browser type, device type, and IP address. This data is collected and processed by HubSpot under HubSpot's own privacy policy; see the section below on third-party services.

Information we do not collect on this site. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics beyond what HubSpot's scripts provide, session recording tools, or any form of AI-based chat on valuefirstteam.com. If you navigate to constellation sites linked from the footer (such as ainativeshift.com), those sites have their own separate privacy practices.

HubSpot, Inc. is our CRM and the provider of the booking scheduler embedded on this site. When you book a session, your information is transmitted to and stored in HubSpot. HubSpot processes this data on our behalf as a data processor under a data processing agreement.

HubSpot operates its own infrastructure and is subject to its own privacy policy and security practices. We encourage you to review HubSpot's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data, including their cookie practices and any applicable international data transfer mechanisms.

Beyond HubSpot, this site is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com), which serves pages and may log standard web server data (IP addresses, request timestamps, and related technical metadata) as part of normal hosting operations. Vercel's privacy policy governs that data.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to manage our relationship with you and to comply with applicable legal obligations. If you would like to:
