Week 4 of 4

Activate

"Go live and evolve"

The stack is built. Now activate it across your organization, enable every team member, establish how you measure success, and present the transformation you achieved.

What This Week Is About

A working stack in a sandbox is not a transformation. Week 4 is about going live โ€” activating your AI-native operations in production, making sure every team member can use what was built, and establishing the patterns that allow the system to keep improving after the program ends.

This week addresses the failure mode of most technology implementations: the gap between "it works" and "we use it." Your team will work through a production readiness checklist, run enablement sessions for people who were not in the cohort, build a measurement framework that tracks what actually matters, and define the evolution patterns that prevent stagnation.

The program concludes with each team preparing and delivering a transformation presentation: a before-and-after comparison that documents what changed, what was built, what it means operationally, and what comes next. This presentation serves both as a stakeholder communication tool and as a personal milestone โ€” your team's record of what they accomplished.

Session Structure

SESSION 1
90 minutes

Activate: Production Readiness + Team Enablement

Systematic walkthrough of the production readiness checklist. Data validation, access controls, backup procedures, rollback plans. Your team verifies every component of the stack is ready for daily use. Then you flip the switch โ€” your AI-native operations go live on real workflows with real data.

Then: making sure everyone in your organization who will use the new systems knows how. Your team designs enablement materials and runs training sessions for the broader organization. The goal is operational fluency, not just awareness.

SESSION 2
90 minutes

Activate: Measurement Framework + Transformation Presentation

Establishing how you know the transformation is working. Not vanity metrics โ€” operational indicators that matter. Time-to-insight, relationship visibility, operational leverage, team capacity. Your team designs dashboards and reports that track real impact against the cost-of-current-state baseline from Week 1.

Then: your team prepares and delivers the capstone presentation โ€” what your operations looked like before, what they look like now, what changed, what it means for the business, and the sustainability plan for continued evolution.

Learning Objectives

01

Launch Production Operations

Complete production readiness verification and activate the AI-native stack for daily operations. Understand rollback procedures and monitoring approaches for the critical first days.

02

Enable the Broader Team

Design and deliver enablement materials that bring the rest of your organization up to operational fluency. Ensure the transformation is not limited to the cohort participants.

03

Measure What Matters

Build a measurement framework tied to operational outcomes. Track time-to-insight, relationship visibility, operational leverage, and team capacity โ€” not vanity metrics.

04

Establish Evolution Patterns

Define how your AI-native operations continue to improve after the program. Identify expansion opportunities, iteration cycles, and the governance model for ongoing development.

05

Communicate the Transformation

Present the before-and-after story to stakeholders with clarity and evidence. Articulate what changed, why it matters, and what comes next in terms that resonate with executives.

06

Graduate with Independence

Complete the program with full operational capability. Your team can run, maintain, and evolve the AI-native stack without outside dependency. The goal was always empowerment, not dependence.

What Your Team Will Do

Activation is a team effort. Everyone participates in going live, training others, and presenting what was accomplished.

--

Walk through the production readiness checklist together, verify every component, and go live with your AI-native operations

--

Create enablement materials and run training sessions for team members who were not part of the cohort

--

Design your measurement dashboards and set up tracking for the operational indicators that matter to your organization

--

Define your 30/60/90-day evolution plan: what to iterate on, what to expand, and how to govern ongoing development

--

Prepare and deliver your transformation presentation to stakeholders, documenting the complete journey from traps to transformation

Prerequisites

From Week 1: Mindset

  • -- Organizational Trap Assessment (baseline for before/after comparison)

From Week 2: Architecture

  • -- Target State Architecture document (reference for measuring implementation completeness)

From Week 3: Build

  • -- Working deployed stack connected to real business data
  • -- HubSpot configured as Customer Value Platform
  • -- AI agents with enforcement skills libraries
  • -- Integrations connected and tested end-to-end

Week 4 Deliverable

Before/After Transformation Presentation + Sustainability Plan

The capstone deliverable that tells the complete story of your transformation and ensures it continues to evolve after the program ends.

The presentation includes:

  • -- Before state: traps identified, costs quantified
  • -- Architecture designed and rationale explained
  • -- What was built and how it works
  • -- Measurable improvements against baseline
  • -- Sustainability plan for continued evolution

The sustainability plan includes:

  • -- 30/60/90-day evolution roadmap
  • -- Governance model for ongoing development
  • -- Measurement cadence and review schedule
  • -- Team responsibilities and ownership matrix
  • -- Expansion opportunities identified during the program

What Comes After

For Standalone Graduates

  • -- Perpetual access to the AI-Native OS repository
  • -- Alumni community and peer network
  • -- Office Hours access for ongoing questions
  • -- AI-Native Shift Certified credential
RECOMMENDED

For Partnership Graduates

  • -- Everything above, plus weekly strategy sessions
  • -- Priority faculty access for implementation questions
  • -- Custom evolution support as your operations mature
  • -- Access to new capabilities as the platform evolves

Four weeks from traps to transformation

Your team graduates with a working system, a shared mental model, and the independence to keep evolving. That is the promise.
