Marquee is cross-functional, not subordinate to any single org leader. It coordinates agents across V (Operations), Sage (Customer), and Pax (Finance) to manage the full media lifecycle.

Philosophy: "Every show is a stage. Every episode is an invitation." The media operation runs on the same infrastructure pattern as the agent org: specialized workers coordinated through a central intelligence layer. When the content pipeline breaks, it reveals the same coordination gaps that break multi-agent workflows.

Origin: Media work was scattered across multiple agents in multiple orgs -- Prelude, Encore, Broadcast, Curator, Vault, Catalog, Forge, and others all touched media without unified coordination. Marquee was created to own Media as a coherent business unit and serve as the operational counterpart to any human who leads content production.

Current State (Honest Assessment)

What works: Content Vault is live with 1003 episodes and 114 articles. 11 shows are defined in Sanity. Mux streaming infrastructure is operational. Sponsorship pipeline exists in HubSpot (Deal pipeline 879739401). YouTube comment and live chat ingestion is built. Media processor handles audio/video pipeline. Sponsor pages are live on the website.

What doesn't: No automated show cadence monitoring. No periodic distribution completeness check. Sponsorship revenue tracking needs integration with Pax Investment records. Content Vault census is manual. Social clip generation (Remotion) is built but not yet scheduled.
