The AI-Native Production Model

Every show follows the same pipeline — from episode creation through distribution. Marquee leads the Media BU. 17 specialist agents handle every stage. The human role is relationships and creative decisions. The system handles everything else.

The Pipeline

Every show, every day, the same automated flow:

1
Sunday: Slate creates episode documents in Sanity for the entire week across all shows.
2
Pre-Show: Prelude validates readiness. Herald builds guest context. Director Dashboard loads the show.
3
Live: OBS streams via Mux to YouTube + LinkedIn simultaneously. Chorus monitors live chat. Director manages scenes.
4
Post-Show: Encore verifies recording. Caption transcribes on local GPU (~3 min/hr). Splice links to Sanity. Vigil monitors for stalls.
5
Content: Forge scans for article opportunities. Baldwin drafts. Broadcast distributes to LinkedIn. Pixel generates thumbnails.

The Broadcast Studio

Purpose-built production infrastructure. No StreamYard, no third-party dependencies. One dashboard controls everything — scene switching, lower thirds, guest management, multi-destination streaming, and post-production pipeline — from a single 34" ultrawide display.
