This is going so well. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Wow, this is a great beginning of the show. Like, um, Chris is immediately frozen, uh, and gone, it looks like. And um, I was muted. Um, are we supposed to do a show today? How are you doing, Casey? Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: I'm good. [laughter] Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Wake up Customer Platform. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: Yeah, wake up! It's time to wake up. And uh, I'm doing well today. Uh, how are you doing, George? Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Oh, I'm doing fantastic. Um, yeah, it's uh another exciting day in Hublandia. Uh, Chris, how are you doing today? Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: I'm doing fantastic. Let me tell you. Uh, good morning, everybody. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Good morning. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: Uh, how about we just get into some updates and we'll just uh continue playing with fire uh this morning. [sniffs] Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Were you trying to do some co-working? Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: I was not, okay? Everything was off. Okay. Uh, maybe co-work was trying to do some co-working on its own, already out of control. All right. Uh, sync

[02:30] **Sync Recurring Meetings to HubSpot** Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: recurring meetings to HubSpot is update number one today. Uh, what's changed uh during our first time reading it? Uh, I'm just going to do what is it? And then I'll get into this other stuff. Uh, now you can sync recurring meetings to HubSpot via your connected calendar. This is in private beta. Uh, important note, this beta will automatically sync in any recurring meetings that are created after joining the beta. If you already have recurring events that you'd like to sync into HubSpot but were created prior to joining this beta, you can still manually trigger them to sync into HubSpot by making an edit on one of the recurring events in your calendar and selecting to update all events or this event and following events. This only needs to be done once for each recurring series. After HubSpot is notified of the event through this manual edit, we will automatically sync future instances of this recurring series into HubSpot for you. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: Why does this matter? With recurring meetings now in HubSpot, you can prepare, review, record, and follow up on those meetings from within your CRM. Previously, HubSpot was only able to sync the first event of a of a recurring series from your calendar. Now, all future events will also be able to sync to HubSpot ensuring that all your data is where you need it the most. Um, I have an embarrassing story that happened Uh oh. right in this experience. I didn't know that recurring meetings didn't sync, but I did know that I had recurring meetings that weren't syncing, but I just thought like I I thought I did something. Mm. Um, and this actually just happened earlier this week, I was trying to update notes on a meeting. It wasn't in there and I was just like, ah, why does this I need to figure this out. I don't know why this keeps happening. I don't know what's wrong with my calendar. I don't know what's wrong with my settings. Um, so it's not me. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: No Casey, it's not you. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: Uh, by the way, this launch does not include the ability to create recurring meetings within HubSpot. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: Hmm. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: They must be created on your connected calendar. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Yeah, and of course, hit that beta. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: Indeed. Give them a month. And then then I'm sure you'll be able to create the recurring meetings. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Yeah. Work with you maybe. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: today.

[04:51] **Account Cleanup** Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: Account cleanup. What is it? Accounts insights is now account cleanup. Account cleanup allows admins to identify opportunities to tidy up and declutter their accounts. This includes both automated and manual tools to clean up low value unused assets in HubSpot and keep accounts organized, such as unused forms, workflows, privacy requests, and permissions for partner users. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: Why does it matter? Account cleanup helps HubSpot admins identify and quickly remove unused data using automated and manual tools. This helps you focus on high impact tasks and reduce clutter in your account. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Makes sense. Yeah, burrs. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: It also makes sense to capture buyer details from quotes.

[05:50] **Capture Buyer Details From Quotes** Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: What is it? You can add the following information to a quote and allow buyers to edit the information before accepting the quote. This list of information includes purchase order number, buyer tax ID number, buyer company name and address, billing contact, billing address, and billing company. Once the buyer accepts the quote, these fields cannot be edited by the buyer. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: Why doesn't it matter? Previously, you had to collect billing information from buyers outside of the quoting process. This fragmented approach caused sales teams to waste time chasing down data, specifically billing information, purchase order numbers, and tax IDs, which are needed to ensure accurate billing. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: I love getting help from buyers and clients to keep their own information up to date. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: Yeah. Take advantage of that, folks.

[06:43] **Manually Retry Failed Card Payments** Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: Manually retry failed card payments. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Oh wow. Wow. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: What is it? You can manually retry failed subscription card payments, giving you greater control over revenue recovery. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: Why does it matter? You can take immediate action when a subscription payment fails instead of waiting for automated retries or chasing buyers to update their details. This means faster revenue recovery and more control over critical revenue collection moments. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Go HubSpot Commerce Hub. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: I mean, you still might have to chase the buyer down if there was a good reason it didn't work the first time. Yeah. But now you don't have to wait to to learn that. Uh, so very cool. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: If you hit the beta button, you don't have to wait. Indeed.

[07:41] **Account Service Keys** Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: Uh, number five, some interesting words here. Account service keys. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Yeah, this one's interesting. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: What is it? Service keys provide a simplified authentication solution for customers who need API access without the complexity of full app development. This feature replaces legacy private apps by rebuilding them on the modern developer platform infrastructure. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: Why does it matter? Connecting HubSpot to external tools like data warehouses, BI platforms, or automation services should be straightforward. Until now, setting up these connections required navigating developer workflows that were not designed for everyday users. Service keys solve this problem. Whether you are a marketing operations manager sinking data to um Tableau. Tableau. Tableau. Yep. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: Tableau, Tableau. A sales analyst connecting to Power BI or a revenue operations lead automating reports, you can now create secure API credentials yourself without waiting on a developer or learning complex tools. This allows you to connect third party tools like Tableau, uh, you just did it. How can I do it? There's another tool called Tableau to be clear. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Uh, sounds like what I'll have for dinner tonight. What are you having for dinner? Tula.

[09:09] **Details About Account Service Keys** Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: Power BI and data warehouses in minutes. Maintain secure scoped access to only the data your integrations need. Keep integrations running smoothly with keys that don't expire when employees leave. Stay in control when built in activity logging and easy key rotation. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Interesting. It's interesting to me that there was zero mention of AI in this. In the understanding that like you can use APIs legacy app to like anyway, it it I'm just whatever. It's interesting to me. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: I agree. Yeah. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: I definitely use legacy apps for other things than what they are describing. Yeah. Um, including doing stuff in HubSpot UI extensions. So. It'll be interesting to see uh some learning to do there. Uh, number six.

[10:06] **Realtime Table Updates on Index Pages** Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: Realtime table updates on index pages. No more refreshing? Is that what that means? What is it? Index page tables now update automatically in real time as you create or modify records. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: Why does it matter? Stale data leads to missed opportunities and mistaken priorities. Real-time updates ensures you're always working with current information, whether a new record is created, ownership changes, or a status update. Teams can act confidently knowing the view reflects the latest data without manual refreshing. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Nice. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: No need to refresh your browser to see the latest data. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Wow. One last click. One less click. This is an early beta. We're looking for beta participants who are interested in actively discussing their experience and providing feedback. After requesting access, uh, which we cannot do at the moment, uh, you will receive an email to schedule a meeting. A meeting is required to enter this beta. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: I've seen a couple betas like that. I'm curious when that is the preferred method versus like a more standard rollout. Um, I like that especially when we look at like private betas because that's what the team is really looking for out of a private beta, but also the downside of that obviously is it is asking a lot. Yeah. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: I think it's a large load on the system, uh, what this beta represents, having everything everywhere updated in real time on the index pages. Um, so I imagine they got to slow the roll when it comes to just letting people in and and try stuff because you won't have to do anything to make the system work a lot harder if you're just clicking buttons and then the space is automatically updating. So, um, yeah, but very cool nonetheless. Uh, to uh see if I can I can get in.

[12:05] **Branded Payments in Commerce Hub** Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: Brands support in invoices, payment links, and subscriptions. What is it? If you have the brands add-on, you can assign different brands to invoices, payment links, subscriptions, and checkout pages in Commerce Hub. So each transaction reflects the correct logo and brand colors. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: Why does it matter? Businesses with multiple brands need to present the correct branding throughout the buyer journey, avoiding confusion and maintaining a professional appearance. Brand support provides a cohesive buyer journey from marketing to sales to payments. Speaker Name: George B. Thomas: Um that's amazing. Yeah. That is amazing. I'm trying to see uh I may need that link Chris because it's not in my oh, I found it in a portal that it is uh in though and it's the one that I need it to be in. And it must be one that has marketing hub enterprise with the brands add on. Um, yes. Cuz that's what you need. Um, very cool. This one has been on my mind since 2023 doing invoices uh has been it's been a need for a while for sure. So very cool. Um Breeze

[13:42] **Breeze Assistant Prompts Reimagined** Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: Assistant prompts reimagined. What is it? A reimagined prompt experience for Breeze Assistant with at mentions for CRM object search. A saved prompt library with reusable templates and placeholders and categorized prompt suggestions like summarize, create, how do I and prepare? Wow. Speaker Name: Chris Carolan: Users can organize saved prompts with tags like customer success, marketing, sales, support and assign them to specific assistants. Speaker Name: Casey Hawkins: Why does it matter? Reduces time wasted, retyping effective prompts, helps users discover Breeze capabilities through intelligent suggestions. Um, we have a minute to go through the how does it work, right? We sure do. Yeah, I'm curious like the at mentions um Yeah. So at mentions type at in the text input or click the at icon to search CRM objects by name. Filter results by object type, like contacts, companies to quickly reference records in prompts. For the saved prompt library, click the bookmark icon to access save prompts, create reusable prompts with object placeholders that trigger search when clicked. Organize prompts with tags, like customer success, marketing, sales and support, and assign to specific assistance to make available across all assistance. Can manage like edit and delete saved prompts from the prompt library screen. Prompt suggestion buttons, four buttons under the text input, summarize, create, how do I and prepare, provide category specific prompt suggestions. Suggestions update as Breeze Assistant is used. The prepare category shows upcoming meetings from the user's calendar and with editable templates after selecting a prompt template, edit it directly in the input box before sending. Placeholders remain clickable for CRM lookups. This seems powerful. Yeah. I don't always email clients uh in the morning, but this morning there's multiple that will uh be getting a an email without a doubt. And we see summarize, create, how do I and prepare? We got uh let's see. At we got Apple in here at Apple. Wow. That's cool. Mm. We could spend some time on that. Uh but we don't have a ton of it this morning.
