[00:04] **Introduction** Chris Carolan: Good morning, HubSpot Nation. It is time to wake up customer platform with your number one unofficial HubSpot updates morning show where we help you discover the platform value you already own. I'm Chris Carolan, joined by my co-host George B. Thomas. We're here every weekday morning to make sure you're not sleeping on HubSpot's new capabilities. If you're joining live, drop a hello in the comments and let us know what you're building in HubSpot today. Happy Monday, February 2nd, 2026, George. How we doing? George B. Thomas: I'm doing good. How are you doing, Chris? Chris Carolan: I am doing great. Uh, another one weekends of of building. George B. Thomas: Nice. Nice. Chris Carolan: Uh, so uh excited to uh see these these massive updates today. George B. Thomas: Few but mighty, few but mighty is the words that come to my mind. Chris Carolan: Yeah, talk about true capabilities in HubSpot. Before we dive in, um, don't forget every Monday, uh 10:30 a.m. Eastern, Max and Kyle go through all the updates from the previous week. Um, and I'm chatting with Kyle recently, we're going to try and start like collaborating and coordinating all the great community content that is being generated. Uh, so looks like we got a workshop from Brandon Woodruff here. Ryan Gunn is on the HubSpot admins hug. Of course, talking about attribution. We got the HubSpot helpline on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Eastern. Uh, give us a call with your questions. Uh, and then last week, I did a couple of unboxings, uh, first with Daniel Curran. We, we looked at the new buying group's feature in HubSpot and if you can imagine folks, org charts in the middle of your CRM record generated by AI just because you did the due diligence of adding job titles in correctly. George B. Thomas: Nice. Chris Carolan: Uh, and then also did an unboxing with intent data and Justin Sang, uh, which was very cool. Uh, intent signals, folks, super powerful.

[03:54] **Refresh brand identity** Chris Carolan: What else is powerful? How about refreshing your brand identity with your latest website content? What is it? You can now refresh your brand identity by pulling the latest voice, context, and messaging directly from your website, whichever one best represents your brand today. This update makes it easy to keep your AI generated content sounding like you. Uh, number one, specify your website. Tell HubSpot the website you want to choose as the source for your brand data, ensuring your brand identity reflects the freshest content and voice. If you recently updated your website with new content, just run a quick recrawl and your newest data will be used going forward. Manual inputs stay safe. Any manual changes you've made to your brand identity will remain untouched. And you'll be able to see where it came from. Once the crawl completes, you'll see which data came from the website and when it was last updated. George B. Thomas: Interesting. Uh, my brain is going a couple different places, but for right now, we'll stick to why does it matter? Uh, your website is often your most accurate, up-to-date expression of your brand. Now you can directly feed that data into your brand identity so that the AI generated content sounds like the latest version of your brand. This is especially helpful if your company recently rebranded or updated messaging, you run multiple brands from one portal. Mhm. You want HubSpot AI to sound more like you and less generic. Very nice. Chris Carolan: Uh, and if the website is not your most accurate and up-to-date expression of your brand. Maybe it should be. Um, this can help you get it there. Uh, whichever way you want to want to come at this from. George B. Thomas: Yep. Chris Carolan: Um, I'm definitely interested in uh, you know, picking the website that you want, um, could be interesting. George B. Thomas: Mhm.

[06:27] **Customize display** Chris Carolan: Number two, customize display of standard line item properties in CPQ quotes. What is it? You can customize how standard line item properties are displayed as columns or inline rows in the line items table for CPQ quotes and templates. Note, custom line item properties are not currently supported, but will be in the near future. Give them a couple. George B. Thomas: Nice. Nice. George B. Thomas: Why does it matter? Previously, you could not change how line item properties were displayed on quotes, preventing you from customizing quotes to represent your offering properly. This new functionality enables deeper display configuration and customization and, for example, allows you to show important information like tax amount on quotes. You can now show or hide any standard line item property from displaying to buyers on quotes as either columns or inline rows, rename the display label for any line item property, reorder how line item properties display within rows/columns or reorder the line items/products. Chris Carolan: And there's a nice demo video here. George B. Thomas: Very cool. Chris Carolan: Uh, brilliant stuff from that team right now. George B. Thomas: Yep. Chris Carolan: And folks, I know it can be hard to be patient, especially when uh they're asking you to pay for the thing. Um, but this is why they didn't just, you know, open it up to any kind of customization, you know, we wanted with code and all this stuff that made, um, previous quotes a challenge, uh, because the line items table, I think was often the the the most common reason that you would need to get in there and code up your your quotes and proposals. George B. Thomas: Yes. Chris Carolan: So they've been working hard on making that experience more like the rest of HubSpot, not not needing to be uh developed so so extensively. So very cool stuff there.

[09:00] **TikTok integration** Chris Carolan: Uh, last, uh, probably not least for most of the people listening to this, TikTok integration for social is in private beta. George B. Thomas: Mhm. Chris Carolan: What is it? You can now connect TikTok accounts to HubSpot to draft, schedule, and publish TikTok videos, monitor and reply to comments on your posts and mentions of your account by others, and analyze TikTok organic social performance. George B. Thomas: Very nice. Why does this matter? TikTok continues to grow as an influential social network, enabling your business to stay competitive, build brand awareness, and reach new audiences. Bringing TikTok publishing, replying, and reporting into HubSpot enables you to manage your social presence across networks in one unified platform. Chris Carolan: We like unification over here. Uh, it gets at marketing Hub professional and marketing Hub Enterprise. Uh, request that beta if TikTok is is a thing for your for your business. George B. Thomas: Mhm. Or maybe if it should be a thing for your business. Chris Carolan: Yeah. Uh, check it out. Uh, yeah, short, short list today. George, how does that make you feel? George B. Thomas: Yeah. Chris Carolan: mighty. George B. Thomas: Makes me feel great. It's like um easy to learn and you can decipher like if any of these should be used in your business or updated in your business. Chris Carolan: Indeed. Uh, a couple of other unboxings coming up this week. Uh, we're going to be with the the lead uh scoring and health scoring uh product managers tomorrow. Casey and I tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m. Central. Uh later in the week, we're doing a round two for HubSpot calling uh with Sarah Hall. Uh, me and Zach Hushin, uh, doing that. Uh, so excited for the week and we hope you are too. Remember folks, you probably already own the solution you're looking for in HubSpot. Sometimes you just need to wake up to it. Join us tomorrow morning live at 7:30 a.m. Central or catch us anytime on Spotify, Apple Music, and the profoundly HubSpot updates blog. Drop your biggest takeaway in the comments and let us know what capabilities you want to wake up to next. Until then, I'm Chris Carolan. George B. Thomas: And I'm George B. Thomas. Chris Carolan: And this has been wake up customer platform. Now go build something amazing. Have a great day everybody.
