Episode 3 made the case that purpose has to come before transaction in a partnership. Episode 2 named what mutual growth actually requires structurally. But theres a question still hanging: if the orientation is right and the structure is right, why does so little value actually move between partners?
The answer is the second-order problem. The first-order problem — extraction-based design — gets fixed at the contract level. The second-order problem — artificial barriers — operates at the operational level, in the small daily refusals that people dont even register as choices anymore.
