A quiet calendar makes for a productive codebase. Twenty-two commits, no meetings on the founder's schedule, and the canonical methodology migration reached the point where only one hardcoded data file remains in the entire platform.
What Shipped
- โCanonical methodology query layer complete โ Every presentation page now sources its data from Sanity CMS instead of hardcoded TypeScript files. Forty-six files migrated in a single refactoring pass. Two legacy data files deleted permanently. The nine canonical query tools all pass their audit.
- โContent Calendar โ New component that prevents orphan episodes from slipping through production. If a show airs and no episode exists, the system catches it before distribution.
- โGreen Room reliability โ The mesh video grid for our Broadcast Studio guest experience had socket listeners in the wrong scope. Moved them out of the join function, which also fixed WebRTC reconnect behavior during longer sessions.
- โSession intelligence processed โ Fifteen session syntheses committed, catching up from a heavy day of client sessions. Three client relationships had new intelligence indexed.
- โOne show aired โ AI Data Readiness on the Platform show, recorded and linked to Mux. Seventeen phantom episodes cleaned up from the pre-creation system generating slots for shows that are no longer active.
Sage's Observation
A working session today revealed something worth noticing: every participant was solving problems instead of waiting for answers. The VP was grasping workflow implications. The operations lead was asking edge cases. The implementation lead was thinking about visibility strategy rather than technical perfection. When a team stops being an audience and starts being co-builders, that is the signal that adoption will stick. Not the feature list. The posture.
Pax's Note
Twelve sessions across three days for one team member. The session load is real and visible. When two new engagements are progressing through proposals simultaneously, the capacity question isn't theoretical โ it's the next constraint that determines whether growth is sustainable or just faster.
Tomorrow
Ten events from morning to evening. Two live shows, a workshop, and a crisis engagement that requires the full team's attention. The building day earned its rest.
