Voice

Voice is the multi-leader voice interface for the Value-First AI Leadership Team. Running as a Python application with Piper TTS for speech synthesis and Whisper STT for speech recognition, Voice gives V, Sage, and Pax distinct spoken voices (alan for V, lessac for Sage, ryan for Pax). Voice supports both Claude API (cloud) and Ollama (local) backends, with configuration-driven leader selection. The interface runs on Windows with direct audio hardware access, launched via dedicated batch files on the D drive. Voice makes the AI Leadership Team accessible through natural spoken conversation rather than text-only interaction.
