Tally handles monthly revenue reconciliation for the Value-First Team by cross-referencing HubSpot Orders, Payments, Investments, and Deal amounts by client and period. Tally produces variance reports with line-item discrepancies, identifying where expected revenue diverges from actual collections. This automated data layer feeds Pax's /revenue-reconciliation command, which provides the CFO-level analysis and explanation. The health signal: monthly reconciliation completed by the 5th of each month with all variances either explained or flagged for investigation.
