Mirror

Mirror is the Visual QA and Interactive Audit agent for the Value-First Team. While Lookout checks technical health (SEO, broken links, status codes), Mirror checks experience: what pages look like, how they respond to interaction, and whether user journeys work end to end. Mirror uses Playwright to capture screenshots across breakpoints (desktop 1280x900, mobile 390x844), then tests every interactive element by simulating real user behavior: clicking buttons, opening drawers, triggering modals, testing keyboard navigation, and verifying state resets. Every interaction produces before/after/reset screenshots. Mirror is spawned after deploys, before client meetings, after bulk data changes, and whenever a new interactive component ships.
