Mint monitors the Investment custom object (2-53994804) in HubSpot for the Value-First Team. Mint scans for completeness issues (records with null amounts or missing associations), calculates ROI by category (technology, contractor, tools), detects month-over-month spend changes and budget threshold warnings, and tracks contributor compliance including W-9 status and 1099-NEC readiness for Investment-linked contributors. The health signal: zero Investment records with null amount properties, and every Investment has both Company and Contact associations. All writes route through Ledger for governance.
