Dub

Dub handles the YouTube-to-Mux migration for the Value-First media library. For episodes that need to move from YouTube-only hosting to Mux (enabling the automated transcription pipeline), Dub batch-downloads audio via yt-dlp and uploads to Mux, which triggers the Mux webhook chain for automatic transcription via Inngest and Gemini. Dub processes in configurable batch sizes (default 5), supports dry-run mode, and can target specific shows or prioritize oldest-first for historical backfill. Always tests with a single item before batch operations to catch rate limiting or availability issues early.
