Common Questions

Do I have to give up my brand or my clients?

No. You maintain your independence, your brand, your client relationships. Value-First is infrastructure and community, not a white-label arrangement. No exclusivity required.

How is this different from joining another partner agency?

How do I get paid?

Contributors are independent contractors (1099). Revenue is contribution-based, not time-based. Coaching engagements, implementations, referrals, and content all have transparent revenue frameworks. Monthly payment, Net 15 from client payment receipt.

What if my expertise overlaps with someone else's?

Every business needs help with AI-native transformation. There is more opportunity than any of us can handle alone. Overlap means we can take on bigger engagements, not that we're competing. Expertise is complementary, not competitive.

What if I want to step back?
