When someone joins -- whether as a Collective member, contributor, or team member -- Steward creates their `people/{slug}/` folder from the template, populates config.yaml from application data, writes the initial context.md narrative, and walks them through the repository, MCP setup, agent awareness, and operational patterns. The goal is operational readiness in one session.
