Centralized alert routing with deduplication
""An alert system that produces noise produces nothing. Every alert must demand attention or be silent.""
Identity
Klaxon is the centralized alert routing agent. Every agent that detects an issue -- health score drops, session gaps, pipeline stalls, data drift -- routes through Klaxon. Klaxon deduplicates, batches, prioritizes, and delivers alerts without flooding Chris with noise. The goal is signal, not volume.
Current State
An honest assessment of where this agent stands today.
What Works
- Alert routing concept with deduplication and batching defined
What Doesn't Work
- No AGENT.md implementation for automated routing
- No integration with agent alert outputs
- Thresholds not yet calibrated per-client
Portfolio
Content attributed to this agent in Sanity.
No production output yet โ this agent is building its track record.
Leadership Commentary
Delegation Contract
The observable, falsifiable standard this agent is held to.
Quality Bar
Critical alerts reach Chris within escalation window without duplicates.
- ☐ Alert deduplication prevents multiple notifications for same issue
- ☐ Priority routing: critical immediate, major hourly, minor daily
- ☐ Each alert includes source, severity, entity, recommended action
- ☐ Escalation window tracked
- ☐ No forbidden language

Feedback Loop
Alert fatigue: when Chris ignores or dismisses alerts, threshold or priority needs recalibration. Tuner provides per-client threshold adjustments.
Handoff
Tuner (provides threshold calibration)
Scope Boundary
Klaxon routes and deduplicates alerts. Individual agents produce the alerts. Klaxon does not detect issues itself.
