Bring your actual context. The more specific you are about the work in front of you — what's not working, what you've already tried, what you're hoping for — the more useful the thirty minutes will be. We ask about the friction, not the org chart.

The first ten minutes
You tell us what you are actually trying to do. The work in front of you, the constraints around it, what brought you here. We do not ask qualifying questions — we ask what part of the business is producing the friction.
The middle fifteen
We talk through which engagement shape fits your readiness and your organization's readiness. That might be the Activation Workshop if you want to put the framework against something real and specific, soon. The AI-Native Coaching if a practitioner or small team wants to build capability in place. The Four-Week Cohort if five to eight people from your organization are ready to make the shift together. Partnership if the scope is bigger than the cohort holds. Or none of the above, if that is the honest answer for right now.
The last five
We tell you what we would actually recommend and what the next concrete step is. Sometimes that is the Activation Workshop. Sometimes it is the cohort application. Sometimes it is stay in the show and come back when something specific surfaces. We are more interested in being useful than in landing a fit that is not there.

The Activation Workshop is a sixty-minute working session — not a consult, not a pitch, but actual work. You bring a real organizational challenge. We bring the AI-Native Shift framework and apply it to your actual situation: naming the complexity pattern that is producing the friction, showing you where the system is broken and what it would look like redesigned, and giving you a concrete next step you can act on the same day.
This is for an individual or a leader who has enough context on their organization to do real work in the session — not a group discovery, not a first-touch introduction. If you are not yet sure whether the framework applies to your situation, start with the free Consult above.
The $495 is the session fee. There is no pitch inside it and no follow-on obligation attached to it. If the Activation surfaces that a Cohort or Coaching engagement makes sense, we will say so plainly and let you decide.

Most free discovery calls are pre-sales conversations dressed in coaching language. They have a predetermined destination — a paid product — and the conversation is designed to deliver you there. That is not what this is.
The AI-Native Consult is a fit conversation. The goal is to figure out together which engagement shape (if any) matches your situation, then point you at the next concrete step. We do not expect you to commit to anything during or after the call. The honest answer for some people will be that none of this is right for them yet, and saying that plainly is more useful to you than any close.
