The Conference Room lit for its debut — the room-of-record, the whole team in it at once for the first time. The d20 sat at the center of the Stage. The light came up warm and high: the Jun-20 Solstice, the season’s starting line.
This room came in already converged. Three things were settled before anyone sat down. What remained was eight forks — and only Chris closes a fork. The job was simple and exact: put each one forward cleanly, hold the governor up out loud, keep the line.
The line, read aloud: value-Gantt, not a Gantt. No deadlines. No funnel. Nothing that turns a value model into a task tracker. If a choice drifts that way, it fails Value Flow — and we say so in the room.

The fork that had to close before anything could render: what is the board, what is its unit, and who owns it. Pax held the synthesis; Anvil, V, Sage, and Tally fed the strands; Foundry and Marshal framed the hard dependency underneath it all.

Tally set the Solstice starting line: the Jun-20 baseline, made measurable — the one hard number the season is measured from. The light tied to the Solstice motif: this is where the summer begins.
Aegis welcomed Cadence into the ring — the new seat, hired in this meeting, the behavioral governor of the board. And the two gates were set co-equal: Sage’s relationship sweep rolls first and locked, Relay’s live-delivery gate rolls alongside it. Neither the die nor anyone else sends a discretionary burst until both clear. The paying book is protected by construction.

Stale becomes a staging task to the owning agent, never a stale decision to Chris. That is what keeps two co-equal gates honest — both resolve against agents, not working memory.

Tally’s momentum count is the only scoreboard; Pax surrounds it with four immeasurable strands so value is visible before the close. The structural antidote to the Measurement Trap.
