This is a worked example — a real organisation’s shape, not yours. Its own unevenness is the point: read a row across and notice where it thins out. Mapping your own is what the wizard will do, and it is not built yet. Until then, what is still missing here is named rather than filled in with something plausible.
A short description for each of the twenty-four bars — what the rail says when a reader opens that cell. The canvas text is authored and live; this is the paragraph behind it.
Which seats hold each bar. The AI-operations note names Herald, Sentinel and Tide as the real seats behind that lane; the rest are unassigned, and a guess here would be gated as a roster claim by journey-map-regen.
Which /language-of-value anchors each bar opens onto. The 148 per-term anchors already exist and the themed map already uses 28 of them. Note the voice decision: the neutral map does not front-load internal terms, so a door here is something a reader opens, never something the canvas says out loud.
