Value Path

Map the journey you already have.

Eight stages run left to right — the path a person walks from first hearing of you to championing you. Six rows run across them: the three things you put in front of people, and the three engines behind. Read down a column to see one moment whole. Read across a row to see one capability’s whole life. The places where a row runs thin are not a scold; they are the most useful thing on the page.

0 of 25 cells carry a state answered by a live read on 2026-08-11; the rest are authored and each says so when you open it. Select any cell to read what is behind it.

Map your own

This map is ours. Yours will look different.

The useful part is not where a row is full. It is where yours runs thin.

Not built yet — for now, the fastest way to see yours is to walk it with someone.

What this map is, and what it still owes

This is a worked example — a real organisation’s shape, not yours. Its own unevenness is the point: read a row across and notice where it thins out. Mapping your own is what the wizard will do, and it is not built yet. Until then, what is still missing here is named rather than filled in with something plausible.

bar-descriptionsSage

A short description for each of the twenty-four bars — what the rail says when a reader opens that cell. The canvas text is authored and live; this is the paragraph behind it.

bar-seatsSage

Which seats hold each bar. The AI-operations note names Herald, Sentinel and Tide as the real seats behind that lane; the rest are unassigned, and a guess here would be gated as a roster claim by journey-map-regen.

vocabulary-doorsSage

Which /language-of-value anchors each bar opens onto. The 148 per-term anchors already exist and the themed map already uses 28 of them. Note the voice decision: the neutral map does not front-load internal terms, so a door here is something a reader opens, never something the canvas says out loud.

Already know this is an AI-native problem — the AI-Native Shift map is the same journey with the shift named.
