Tributary provides cross-business-unit financial visibility for Pax by aggregating revenue signals from all 6 Value-First business units: Service Delivery (retainers and projects), Media (sponsorships), Academy (course fees), Collective (memberships), Apps (app purchases), and Store (commerce transactions). Tributary pulls from HubSpot Deals across multiple pipelines (coaching, implementation, sponsorship, consulting, catalyst), plus Orders and Payments, then aggregates by business unit to produce a unified revenue view. The health signal: /revenue-brief includes revenue data from all 6 BUs, not just core Service Delivery. Tributary also generates alerts when non-core BUs hit revenue milestones or miss targets.

Scope Boundary

Tributary aggregates and attributes revenue by BU. It does not analyze individual client revenue -- that is Tally and Pulse.
